General
Your contract is with Filarinskis of 26-28 East Street, Havant, PO9 1AQ

You agree that e-mail will be used as the standard means of communication. If your order is accepted, we will send you an e-mail confirming this. This confirmation e-mail will contain all relevant statutory information concerning your contract.

Filarinskis do not store any credit card information, nor will we pass any of your personal information, including credit or debit card information to any third party.

Filarinskis use SagePay (www.sagepay.com) and PayPal (www.paypal.com) for online credit and debit clearing.

You undertake that all details which you provide to us for the purpose of ordering goods are correct, that the credit or debit card you are using is your own and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the order.

Your statutory rights are not affected but otherwise all purchases are non-exchangeable, non-refundable and non-transferable.

Returns Information
We hope that you will be delighted with your goods, but please remember that if you decide within the first seven working days of receipt that the goods are not to your satisfaction you may return them to us within 14 days of receipt of goods. You must return the goods in their original packaging, complete with labels.

RETURNS PROCEDURE: How to return or exchange items:
1. You can either send an email to sales@filarinskis.com stating your order number, reason for return and whether you would like an exchange or a refund, fill in the returns form you may have received with your order OR alternatively, call the Web Office directly on 02392 476100.
2. We will then ask you to return the goods to us with a brief covering letter, for inspection before any action is taken. Please Note: It is recommended that you return items using registered or recorded delivery. You are responsible for the goods returned until they arrive back to us.
3. If you need to return a faulty item, a replacement will be sent free of Post & Packaging charges (UK Mainland Only)
4. If you have requested a refund, this will be processed within 21 days of receipt of your returned items. If this refund is made directly to your credit card this should appear on your next credit card statement.
5. Returns received outside of the above returns procedure will not be processed.
6. Postage costs to return items are your responsibility unless goods are faulty, or have been sent in error.
7. Please note that refunds for items bought as gifts can only be given to the original purchaser and if you decide to swap an item we can not stop the payer from knowing.

A statutory cooling off period of 7 days applies to all orders in accordance with The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.

Our Guarantee

Stock Permitting, all orders are dispatched within 48 hours to arrive with customers within 5 working days. In the event that an item is out of stock, we will notify you of the delay and despatch it as soon as it arrives. Every care has been taken to ensure that the quantities, descriptions and specifications of products are correct at the time of going to press. However, while the colour reproduction is a close representation, a very slight variation in the actual goods may occur. Our web site is updated as quickly as possible in order to minimise disappointment. We work hard to ensure stock item quantites are also correct at time of printing, but in the meantime shop floor sales may affect this on occasions.

Variations

We may amend these terms and conditions from time to time, and post the new version on the website. When we do so, we will mention the fact on our homepage www.filarinskis.com. All purchases from the date of posting onwards will be governed by that new version.

Liability

• Filarinskis attempts to ensure that the information available on the website at any one time is true and accurate but cannot guarantee that it will be error-free.
• Filarinskis does not make any warranty that the website is free from infection by viruses, trojans, worms or anything else that may have destructive properties.
• Filarinskis does not accept liability for any errors and omissions and reserves the right to change information, specifications and descriptions of listed goods, products and services.
• Filarinskis will do its best to correct errors and omissions as quickly as practicable after being notified of them.
• Filarinskis makes no representations about the fitness for a particular purpose of any of the products or services available on this website.
• Filarinskis does not accept liability for any indirect or consequential loss arising out of the use of the website or for any products or services purchased from the website.
• Filarinskis will only be liable for direct loss (save in the case of death or personal injury in respect of which there is no limit) up to a maximum total of the price of the product or service purchased in respect of any claim.

Online Gift Vouchers

• Gift vouchers have an expiry date of 12 months from date of voucher issue.
• Online gift vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.
• We will not accept any responsibility for claims, demands, losses, costs, expenses or liability of any kind whatsoever arising from or in connection with any transaction or dealing between the retailer and a gift voucher holder or customer.
• Online gift vouchers are sent to the email of the customers choice, within the same day of ordering.
• All purchases via our website or telesales are subject to payment authorisation.
   

Price Promise

• Prices are compared on product price and when calculating the competitor's total price comparisons will include the cost of the product plus handling and delivery charges.
• Filarinskis price promise is subject to change and can be withdrawn at any time and is only available to purchases made in the United Kingdom.
• Filarinskis reserves the right to decline any price match request without any reason.
